By accessing or using the Donutz4Dollarz website (donutz4dollarz.live) and purchasing tickets, registrations, or merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Event Participation

All event participants — including drivers, vendors, and spectators — agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and safety requirements established by Donutz4Dollarz event organizers.

Donutz4Dollarz reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for violation of event rules, unsafe behavior, or conduct deemed inappropriate by event staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Tickets & Registrations

All ticket and registration purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

Tickets and registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Donutz4Dollarz in writing. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

4. Driver Registration & Liability

Drivers who register acknowledge that motorsport activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. By registering as a driver, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, carry proof of insurance, and comply with all vehicle safety requirements communicated by event organizers. Donutz4Dollarz is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, property, or injury to persons arising from participation.

A signed liability waiver will be required at check-in. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denial of track access with no refund.

5. Vendor Participation

Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and insurance for their operations. Food truck vendors must hold a valid food service permit. Donutz4Dollarz is not responsible for any vendor's compliance with local, state, or federal regulations.

Vendors agree to set up and operate within their designated space and comply with all event rules. Donutz4Dollarz reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event rules or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate.

6. Merchandise

All merchandise purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. All sales are final. Merchandise descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly. Donutz4Dollarz reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific item is unavailable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Donutz4Dollarz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Donutz4Dollarz.

8. Photography & Media

By attending a Donutz4Dollarz event, you grant Donutz4Dollarz the right to photograph, film, and record your likeness and vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. If you do not consent, you must notify event staff in writing prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donutz4Dollarz, its organizers, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, attendance at events, or purchase of tickets, registrations, or merchandise. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket, registration, or product giving rise to the claim.

10. Event Cancellation & Changes

Donutz4Dollarz reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable remedies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.

Donutz4Dollarz reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
